AWS Connect Engineer & AWS Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect & AWS Engineer to design, develop, automate, and support enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions and integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Develop serverless and event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and other AWS services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab and Octopus Deploy.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Automate deployments across Sandbox, Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript.
• Manage platform security, IAM, monitoring, logging, configuration drift, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Amazon Connect, AWS services, Salesforce, APIs, and integrations.
• Establish engineering standards, reusable frameworks, deployment practices, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect architecture, configuration, APIs, and enterprise implementations.
• Solid AWS knowledge, particularly serverless computing, event-driven architecture, and Lambda integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce integration, REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and authorization.
• Proficiency in Git-based version control, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, security, networking, automated testing, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently manage the complete lifecycle from solution design and development to deployment and production support.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Lex, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q in Connect, Contact Lens, AWS SES, EventBridge, Step Functions, SNS/SQS, Secrets Manager, and AWS Organizations.
