Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN 

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who can design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the full stack — from backend microservices to modern front-end interfaces — while leveraging cloud-native practices on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations
• Develop responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure
• Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Experience with a CMS platform (AEM preferred; other enterprise CMS products considered)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• AEM certification or equivalent CMS platform experience
