Reserving Manager

We're partnering with a leading specialist insurer to find a Reserving Manager who will play a key role in delivering reserving results, shaping business decisions, and driving a major transformation programme.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, claims, finance and reinsurance, you'll lead reserving analysis, support regulatory reporting, and help modernise actuarial processes through automation and advanced analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with General Insurance reserving experience, ideally within personal lines, who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial impact.

We're looking for a qualified actuary with strong reserving knowledge, excellent communication skills, and an interest in process improvement, coding, and data-driven innovation. Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, R or VBA would be advantageous.
