The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Manage the billing of inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines.
• Provide support to decentralized patient management areas within the group, fostering seamless collaboration.
• Process and prepare patient data for administrative and billing purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship/vocational training.
• Preferably knowledge of clinic systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
• Prior experience in inpatient patient billing is advantageous.
• High level of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations.
• Professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
