The Role

• Support the planning of architecturally demanding construction projects for private, corporate, and public clients.
• Assist in the design and conceptualization of projects, considering aesthetic, artistic, and sociological aspects.
• Aid in the preparation of building documents and detailed construction planning.
• Coordinate and oversee construction firms, ensuring quality, cost control, and adherence to deadlines.
• Document the construction process.
• Pursue specialization in areas like BIM, Sustainable Building, Existing Building Renovation, or Real Estate Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification (Abitur) or a qualified vocational qualification, or certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Enthusiasm for the construction process and spatial reasoning.
• Interest in urban planning, economic, and political aspects of built environments.
• Strong mathematical skills and artistic inclination.
• Willingness to complete an aptitude test after application.
