The Role

Support the planning of architecturally demanding construction projects for private, corporate, and public clients.
Assist in the design and conceptualization of projects, considering aesthetic, artistic, and sociological aspects.
Aid in the preparation of building documents and detailed construction planning.
Coordinate and oversee construction firms, ensuring quality, cost control, and adherence to deadlines.
Document the construction process.
Pursue specialization in areas like BIM, Sustainable Building, Existing Building Renovation, or Real Estate Management.

What You'll Need

(Technical) university entrance qualification (Abitur) or a qualified vocational qualification, or certified technician/business administrator.
German language proficiency at B2 level.
Enthusiasm for the construction process and spatial reasoning.
Interest in urban planning, economic, and political aspects of built environments.
Strong mathematical skills and artistic inclination.
Willingness to complete an aptitude test after application.
