We are looking for a skilled Machine and Plant Operator to join our production team and play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and safety. The Role • Operate and manage production machinery to meet operational targets and specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues during operation or setup. • Ensure product quality by performing checks according to checklists and implementing corrective actions. • Document material, quantity, and time bookings accurately, preferably using SAP. • Assist maintenance personnel with repair and upkeep tasks. • Perform routine machine maintenance according to guidelines. What You'll Need • Completed technical training, e.g., as a Machine and Plant Operator, or similar qualification. • Relevant professional experience is advantageous. • Proficiency in adhering to quality and hygiene standards. • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus. • Strong German language communication skills. • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, with potential for 3 shifts.
