About the role

Looking after our Multi-Residential customers across NSW, you will sit at the centre of developer-led projects, owning opportunities end-to-end-from early engagement and specification through to delivery and revenue realisation. You will take a proactive, solutions based approach, working closely with developers, builders, architects, plumbers and internal specialists to ensure the right products are specified, protected and delivered. This is a relationship driven role, but one that also requires strong commercial discipline and a genuine appetite for winning.

Key responsibilities
  • Building trusted, senior relationships with developers and key project stakeholders
  • Opening doors early in the project lifecycle and creating genuine influence
  • Bringing energy, curiosity and drive to every opportunity you touch
  • Selling value and outcomes, not just products
  • Taking real ownership - from first conversation through to invoice
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline with clear strategy, structure and follow through
Requirements

You are a natural relationship builder with a strong hunter mindset - energised by finding opportunities, connecting with the right people and converting influence into results. You will bring:

  • Proven business development experience within construction, building products, plumbing or a related sector
  • Exposure to multi residential or large scale residential projects (highly regarded)
  • A solutions led selling mindset, focused on lifetime value rather than one off wins
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and articulating value clearly and confidently
  • Strong commercial discipline and CRM hygiene, without losing your natural style
  • Enthusiasm, resilience and a genuine passion for winning through collaboration
