The Role
• Drive B2B new customer acquisition through proactive phone-based sales across Germany, focusing on SMEs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification and qualification to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
• Engage in daily outbound activities to achieve monthly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize and maintain the CRM system for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure optimal client support and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote a comprehensive portfolio of digital recruiting solutions.
What You'll Need
• Prior experience in telephone sales or a related sales role; motivated career changers and sales talents are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening to understand client needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, or a willingness to be trained.
• A goal-oriented, self-driven work ethic with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving performance.
• An educational background (apprenticeship or degree) can facilitate understanding of products and processes.
