The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery
• Performing quality checks and documenting results
• Conducting regular maintenance, cleaning, and preventative upkeep of machinery
• Ensuring adherence to production schedules and deadlines
• Monitoring and maintaining the technical condition of equipment
• Assisting with the testing of new technologies and processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a proactive approach to work
• Independent and goal-oriented work style
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
