The Role

• Operate, monitor, and control highly automated production systems for automotive manufacturing.
• Ensure smooth production flow and intervene to correct deviations.
• Conduct systematic troubleshooting and perform minor maintenance and repair tasks.
• Regularly inspect and document processes to maintain high quality standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Electronics Technician, Power Systems Electronics Technician, or Industrial Mechanic.
• Professional experience in maintenance, repair, or commissioning of industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of robot technology and good understanding of control systems, drive technology, and programming languages.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays, and commitment to continuous learning.
