The Role

  • Operating and setting up machinery and production lines
  • Loading materials into the equipment
  • Performing basic programming adjustments for machine operations
  • Monitoring production processes and intervening in case of malfunctions
  • Documenting quality control tests and measurement results
  • Conducting quality checks on products and materials
  • Troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues according to guidelines

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in the described duties
  • Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work in a continuous shift system (full-time)
  • High degree of reliability, flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork
  • Independent and meticulous work ethic
