About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager with 11+ years of progressive experience to lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple interdependent projects, drive stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy and organizational objectives
• Develop and manage detailed program roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, and schedules; proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular status updates, escalations, and executive-level reporting
• Drive Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate, tailoring the approach to project needs
• Manage program budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring delivery within approved cost parameters
• Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators, and cross-functional team members; foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and change management processes across the program lifecycle
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement PMO best practices, tools, and frameworks
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships, including contract negotiations and SLA tracking
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements where applicable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 11+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 4-5 years managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
• Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar) strongly preferred
• Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget
• Strong experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-specific experience (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Construction, or SaaS/Digital Transformation)
• Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools in project delivery and reporting
• Six Sigma or Lean certification
• Prior PMO leadership or program governance experience
