The Role

• Contribute to building and shaping a modern Intermediate Care Unit, including a CPU unit.
• Provide meticulous monitoring for patients requiring continuous observation, such as those undergoing cardiac procedures.
• Ensure comprehensive basic and specialized nursing care for our patients.
• Actively participate in the continuous development of our nursing processes.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed education as a Registered Nurse or Certified Nurse.
• Ideally, possess specialized training in IMC, CPU, or Intensive & Anesthesia Care, or be willing to undertake it.
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and responsible approach.
• Proficiency in using IT systems and a strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent teamwork, empathy, compassion, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
