Job Description

Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Duration: 3 Months - Temporary Contract
Location: New York, NY
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Desktop Support Specialist for a contract position in New York, NY. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Qualifications:

Financial institution/banking experience preferred
Tech will be helping with day-to-day break/fix, configuring devices, and taking tickets
Imaging laptops using a USB stick is a must.
Experience using new Dell laptops is a must
Troubleshooting image and device-related issues is a must.
Has been part of a device rollout and configuration experience must.
Reading/written communication is a must
Able to lift 50 lb+ and may need to walk around for hours and replace 32-inch monitors etc.
Must be a team player.
Candidates will be part of multiple project, one of them being 1000+ monitors replacement and make sure they are available to work during the weekend if needed.
