The Role

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process.
• Utilize company CRM tools to track customer interactions.
• Educate customers on vehicle benefits, financial products, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle operating features.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Strong listening, telephone, and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
