The Role

• Champion a strong safety culture and foster employee well-being through engagement and accountability.
• Drive a positive employee experience, identifying and addressing issues to improve engagement and retention.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, ensuring consistent policy interpretation and application.
• Support communication and change management initiatives for key HR and business priorities.
• Lead or support employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and leave administration practices.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional, non-administrative role.
• Demonstrated expertise in core HR fundamentals and employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII).
• Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficient in MS Office Suite.
• SHRM certification is desirable.
• A valid driver's license with a favorable driving record.
