Full Stack Lead (.NET)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead (.NET) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, React, SQL Server, and Azure services.

The candidate will be responsible for developing backend services and APIs, building responsive front-end applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting modern cloud-based solutions. Experience with AI adoption, technical problem-solving, and Agile development practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET technologies and React.
• Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and unit-testing best practices.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data-access components.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
• Implement and maintain automated build, release, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Develop and consume Microsoft web services, SDKs, and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted development tools and approaches to improve productivity and software delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET technologies, React, and Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and object-oriented design principles.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and RESTful API development.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and developing reliable, maintainable code.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and data-access technologies.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building responsive web interfaces.
• Experience working with Azure services, particularly Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, automated builds, release pipelines, and CI/CD implementation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SDKs, web services, and application integration.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading full-stack development initiatives or mentoring other developers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Experience incorporating AI tools or AI-powered capabilities into software development workflows.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization, secure coding practices, and cloud-native application development.
