Junior Endpoint Systems Analyst with Security Clearance

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship An active DoD Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE. CAN GET WAIVER FOR THIS - NEED TO GET CERT WITHIN 90 DAYS.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows workstations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with software deployment, patching, workstation troubleshooting, or endpoint administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, formerly SCCM, or a similar endpoint-management platform.
• Ability to analyze deployment results, installation logs, error codes, and workstation status.
• Ability to document activities and communicate status, risks, and technical issues clearly.
• Ability to work onsite and access SIPR or other classified systems.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, Service Desk, and Field Services teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Navy, NMCI, or another DoD enterprise environment.
• Experience with MECM, Tanium, Active Directory, PowerShell, or endpoint-reporting tools.
• Knowledge of application packaging, deployment collections, maintenance windows, and enforcement states.
• Experience supporting software, driver, security-agent, and Windows update deployments.
• Experience working with NIPR and SIPR systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, HPSM, or similar work-tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and customer-service skills
