Clinical Sales Account Manager - Sioux Falls, SD

Baxter seeks a Clinical Sales Account Manager to drive revenue and build relationships with healthcare providers across a multi-state territory. Responsibilities
Drive revenue attainment by developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for assigned accounts
Conduct contract negotiations with customers to finalize sales and meet product revenue targets
Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts effectively
Lead customer business reviews and collect outcomes data to demonstrate return on investment
Travel throughout assigned territory and attend regional/national meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years sales experience or 8+ years relevant sales background
4+ years validated healthcare product sales experience preferred
Capital or durable medical equipment sales experience, or 3 years hospital leadership experience
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation:
$80,000-$85,000 base, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
