Job Description

Oracle ERP Test Lead

Omaha, Nebraska 68106 (Onsite)

12 Month Contract

Test Automation Strategy & Quality Engineering

  • Lead the ERP testing strategy with a strong emphasis on automation and quality engineering.
  • Establish automated testing approaches across SIT, regression testing, end-to-end validation, and UAT support.
  • Evaluate Deloitte testing methodologies and identify risks, gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to define automation standards and frameworks.
  • Develop testing metrics, quality dashboards, and executive reporting.

ERP Testing Program Leadership

  • Build and execute comprehensive testing plans across ERP modules and integrations.
  • Lead defect triage, prioritization, and remediation governance.
  • Drive testing standards and best practices across the transformation program.
