Job Description
Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret Clearance, Top Secret is preferred. This is a hybrid position and must be local within 50 miles to the DC Metro area. Statement of Work:
The Contractor shall provide 100% coverage for task to ensure there is no loss in support, productivity, or continuity of operations.
Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain Office Sustainment Support governance and programmatic documents (e.g., operating instructions, “how to” guides, etc.) under AF/A4C program management oversight. Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).
Interface with other agencies for video, phone, computer, and IT equipment support to ensure AF/A4 communications capabilities are operable, especially capabilities that support the AF/A4 leadership. Manage scheduling of conference rooms, conference call lines, and VTC equipment.
Provide expertise in the operation of VTC equipment. Provide on-site support for general IT troubleshooting and assistance with operation of IT equipment.
Manage office supply stock as well as the storage spaces for these supplies, e.g., closets, cabinets, identification of supply requirements and procurement recommendations, build purchase list / “carts” for Government approval and procurement, inventory stock and make budget projections.
Maintain and account for AF/A4 space utilization, conducting usage analysis and course of action development, briefing preparation and other support as needed. Process and provide inputs for CAC/Badging requests, VAL requests, and NIPR/SIPR requests in collaboration with Government counterparts and provide in- processing support for new AF/A4 personnel.
Primary Job Duties:
Job Duty 1 – Provide onsite support for the A4 and directorates with all IT equipment, computer, communication capabilities, and phones with troubleshooting, maintenance, and tracking. (40%).
Job Duty 2 – Manage A4 Conference room IT capabilities and scheduling. (20%)
Job Duty 3 – Establish accounts, hand receipts, and other tracking methods of equipment for all A4 personnel. (20%)
Job Duty 4 – Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials. (10%)
Job Duty 5 – Maintain and manage office supply stock as well as the storage spaces for supplies. (10%)
Required skills/Level of Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in Office Sustainment type positions
5+ years of experience with Headquarters Air Force
Writing Skills: Strong writing capability and has interest in writing. Prior experience in technical or formal writing (proposal work, technical reports, whitepapers, thesis, etc.) should be mentioned
Verbal skills: able to translate technical requirements to non-technical members or clients
Client Relationship Management: ability to build lasting relationships with the client and
Presentation skills: ability to present to senior clients, or present on behalf of the client in key forums
Has previous background in IT specific fields
Ability to troubleshoot different types of computers, VTC, or other technical issues
Extremely detail oriented, with strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Experience with taking detailed minutes at high-level meetings
