Job Description:

Must Have Skills

•       Strong SQL Expertise: Advanced experience in SQL development, complex query optimization, stored procedures, data analysis, and troubleshooting across large-scale enterprise databases.

•       Python Programming: Experience using Python for data transformation, automation, data quality checks, analytics, and building scalable data processing solutions.

•       Power BI Development: Dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization.

•       Data Engineering & Integration: ETL/ELT development, data ingestion, data migration, and multi-source integration.

•       Nice-to-Have: Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation.

•       Analytical Strength: Ability to diagnose complex data issues and assess downstream reporting impact

•       Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams and clearly document/communicate data issues

Strong SQL Data Skills Advanced querying, data validation, profiling, and troubleshooting across large datasets and platforms e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server

ealthcare Data Expertise Handson experience with claims data, coding standards ICD, CPT, providermember data, and MedicareMedicaid exposure

HEDIS Knowledge Understanding and strong hands on of HEDIS measures, quality reporting, and validation of measure outputs
