The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to adolescent patients during shift duty.
• Monitor patient progress, document observations, and actively support therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medically ordered treatments, collaborating closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily ward organizational tasks.
• Contribute proactively to a respectful, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed education as a Registered Nurse, Nursing Specialist, or Pediatric Nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, previous experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry (though not a strict requirement).
