Bilingual Outside Sales Representative - Residential Water Heater Services

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Bilingual Water Heater Sales Rep to drive in-home sales of residential water heaters and related services. You'll respond to company-generated leads, conduct needs assessments, present options, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Partner closely with plumbing and HVAC technicians, explain product features, warranties, and financing, and ensure accurate paperwork and follow-up. Responsibilities

• Respond to company-generated leads and conduct in-home sales consultations
• Assess customer hot water needs and recommend appropriate water heater solutions
• Present product features, warranties, pricing, and financing options
• Prepare accurate quotes and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Coordinate with plumbing and HVAC technicians for installation scheduling
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and manage follow-up communication
• Educate customers on maintenance plans and related ARS services
• Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies during customer visits
