SQL Server Developer
Job Title: SQL Server Developer (Oracle HCM Implementation)
Location: Remote (Must align with US Eastern Time Zone hours)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Position Summary
We are seeking a senior SQL Server Developer with a strong background supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between complex data environments, our business stakeholders, and our external Systems Integration (SI) partner. You will focus on data architecture, ETL processes, report generation, and data transformation logic required to ensure a seamless Oracle HCM rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Development: Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL Server objects, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views to support data migration and integration pipelines.
- Oracle HCM Support: Partner closely with the System Integration partner to facilitate data mapping, validation, extraction, and loading (ETL/ELT) between SQL Server databases and Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface directly with business units to translate functional requirements into accurate technical data solutions and reporting frameworks.
- System Integration: Act as a primary technical point of contact to align internal SQL Server practices with external integration partner milestones.
- Data Quality & Performance: Conduct rigorous data quality checks, query tuning, and performance optimization to handle large volume HR datasets securely and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, database modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
- Implementation Experience: Direct hands-on experience supporting an Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) implementation or major integration project.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of bridging technical details for non-technical business stakeholders.
- Vendor & Integration Partner Collaboration: Proven experience successfully working alongside third-party Systems Integration (SI) partners.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work standard US Eastern Time Zone (ET) hours without restriction.
- Work Environment: 100% remote workspace with high-speed internet and reliable communication tools.
