Java Architect with GenAI

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications and cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on across multi-stack backend environments (Java, Python, .NET Core), modern frontend frameworks (Angular/TypeScript), robust database ecosystems, and modern AI paradigms (LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents).

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture: Design and architect scalable, secure, high-performance full-stack enterprise applications and microservices.

Hands-on Multi-Stack Development: Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance across Java, Python, and .NET / .NET Core.

Modern Frontend Architecture: Architect responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

API & Integration Architecture: Design RESTful APIs, microservices, backend services, and enterprise integration patterns.

Database & Data Modeling: Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

Generative AI Integration: Architect and build Generative AI solutions incorporating LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.

AI-Enterprise Integration: Define and execute integration patterns connecting GenAI pipelines with existing enterprise applications and core APIs.

Architecture Governance: Establish technical standards, design patterns, reusable component libraries, and coding best practices.

Code & Architecture Reviews: Conduct rigorous architectural reviews, design audits, and code reviews while mentoring engineering teams.

Cloud & DevOps Alignment: Support cloud-based deployments, modernization efforts, continuous integration, and CI/CD/DevOps practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, business analysts, security teams, and engineering leads to turn requirements into resilient technical architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years in software engineering and enterprise solution architecture.

Core Backend Stack: Java, Python, .NET / .NET Core.

Frontend Technologies: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

API & Microservices: REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, API Gateways, System Integrations.

Databases (SQL & NoSQL): MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle.

Generative AI & Machine Learning:

Large Language Models (LLMs)

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma)

Embeddings & Prompt Engineering

Autonomous AI Agents & Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.)
