Machine Attendant (Night Shift, Entry-Level) - Springfield, IL
Monday-Thursday, Night Shift (7:30 PM-6:00 AM) | $18.00/hour

What You\'ll Do

Monitor multiple machines running long production cycles (up to 6 hours each)
Produce gears to spec, checking quality along the way

Maintain a safe, steady pace in a hands-on production environment

What You\'ll Bring

Mechanical experience is required - auto, factory machines, farm equipment, or similar backgrounds all count
Gear machine experience is a plus, but not necessary
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to sticking with it
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in a shop environment
