We're hiring for an impact-driven organization dedicated to changing the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide crucial support, fostering a positive and transformative educational experience.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD needs.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to a mission to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
