Healthcare Recruiter

OneStaff Medical seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, maintain strict compliance and credentialing standards, and leverage ATS and sourcing tools to build strong talent pipelines. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate credentialing, background checks, and compliance documentation
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track key recruiting metrics
• Present and negotiate offers, ensuring competitive and compliant packages
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring healthcare roles
• Ensure adherence to healthcare staffing regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support workforce planning and staffing needs
