Regional Sales Manager – U.We're looking for a
Regional Sales Manager to cover the following states:
You will represent our portfolio of complex automated packaging equipment
, working directly with decision-makers to uncover opportunities, influence outcomes, and close high-value, technically sophisticated projects. This role requires extensive travel across the United States as well as regular travel to our headquarters in Montreal, as well as a high level of personal drive, resilience, and ownership.

Thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
S. or Canadian sales territory for complex, capital packaging equipment
Lead long-cycle, consultative sales processes from initial engagement to contract close
Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, and Operations to craft winning solutions
Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows
Natural influence and relationship‑building abilities
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Experience selling complex capital equipment or industrial machinery
