We are hiring for a leading national automotive assistance provider with a heritage of over 125 years, renowned for keeping drivers moving and trusted by millions of members.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support on the go.
• Solve diverse automotive challenges, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding service to members in need.
• Start and end your workday from home, responding to demand-led shifts.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
