The Role

• Presenting fresh produce and specialty items with an appealing display
• Providing expert advice and excellent service to customers regarding fresh goods like meat, sausage, and cheese
• Preparing and refining products, including creating unique specialty items according to internal recipes
• Implementing sales-promoting initiatives and merchandising strategies
• Ensuring product freshness, quality, and adherence to hygiene standards

What You'll Need

• Ideally, vocational training or previous experience in food retail or the food service industry
• A genuine interest in preparing and processing fresh meat and other fresh food items
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail sector
• Strong customer focus, communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a sense of responsibility
