We are Ads organization at client, where we build and manage the MyAds platform used by sellers and internal teams to create, manage, and monitor advertising campaigns across client’s digital ecosystem.

Our department focuses on retail media and advertising technology, including Sponsored Products and onsite display advertising. We own systems that support campaign management, bidding, reporting, spend tracking, billing integrations, and seller-facing user experiences.

Job Summary We''re seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer to join our dynamic, small team within a larger organization. You will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences by developing and maintaining complex React-based applications. As a key contributor, you''ll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
• Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
