Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Copilot Lead/Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale Microsoft Copilotsolutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, deployment, and integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio with enterprise applications while ensuring security, governance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Lead enterprise deployment, governance, observability, and security of Copilot solutions.
- Develop MCP integrations and AI agent orchestration using Copilot Studio.
- Build conversational AI capabilities including trigger phrases, intents, entities, adaptive cards, variables, custom prompts, and agent flows.
- Create and configure standard and custom connectors.
- Integrate Copilot with enterprise applications such as Veeva and Workday.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and establish best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12 15 years of overall IT experience.
- 2 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- 2+ years of experience with MCP integration, governance, observability, and enterprise deployment.
- Experience with conversational AI features including intents, entities, adaptive cards, agent flows, and multi-agent orchestration.
- 3+ years of experience creating standard and custom connectors.
- Experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.
- 5+ years of experience with REST APIs, OAuth, authentication, and integration patterns.
- 3+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security controls.
- Python experience is a plus.
