The Role

• Provide expert, senior-level leadership in the treatment of complex psychosomatic conditions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, guideline-based patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians and psychologists in their professional development.
• Contribute to the hospital's reputation as a center of excellence in psychosomatic medicine.
• Develop and implement specialized clinical treatment approaches.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in leading treatment programs and assuming senior medical responsibility.
• Demonstrated skills in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong interest in deepening expertise in areas such as personality disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD.
• Empathy, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
