We are seeking a dedicated specialist to join a leading psychiatric clinic renowned for its comprehensive treatment of psychosomatic disorders in adolescents. The Role

• Undertake initial specialist leadership responsibilities within our psychosomatic adolescent unit, with a clear path to full specialist leadership.
• Guide and manage clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of young patients.
• Represent the chief physician in the role of senior physician and contribute significantly to the unit's development.
• Provide supervision to child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary interventions to ensure exceptional care standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of training as an assistant physician in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• Possession of or advanced progress in therapy further training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, and therapists.
