Experienced Drain Technician

At Boston Standard Plumbing, Heating & Electrical, we're raising the bar for residential home services. We're growing our Drain & Pipe Rehabilitation Division and are looking for an experienced Drain Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, providing long-term solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform residential drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, and mechanical descaling.
- Conduct sewer camera inspections to accurately diagnose drain and sewer issues.
- Educate homeowners on repair options and preventative maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for drain restoration and rehabilitation services.
- Partner with the sales team on larger drain and sewer rehabilitation projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential drain cleaning and sewer experience.
- Experience operating jetting equipment, descaling tools, and sewer inspection cameras.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Schedule
- Evening and night shifts
- Rotating weekends
- On-call opportunities
