Sales Manager

Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our growth. We're looking for a proven relationship-builder who knows how to open doors, ask for the business, and turn prospects into long-term referral partners. If you've consistently exceeded sales goals, and have real relationships in healthcare or senior care, we want to talk to you. Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
Develop and execute a business development plan
Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehab facilities, assisted living and skilled nursing communities, hospice agencies, and other healthcare partners
Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and community events
Manage and grow a referral pipeline using our CRM
Run sales presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events
Track pipeline performance, referral trends, and conversion metrics
Who You Are
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
5+ years of outside sales or business development experience
Confident prospecting, cold-calling, and closing
Strong CRM management
Preferred
Experience selling services, not products
Senior care, home health, or healthcare related sales background
Existing referral relationships in Silver Spring's healthcare community
