Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with VHP cycle development, sterilization validation, and execution of validation protocols.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and validation/quality requirements.
• Hands-on experience with sterilization process development, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry experience.
• Experience supporting complex sterilization validation programs in regulated manufacturing environments.
