We're hiring on behalf of a leading national provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 45 years of experience and a vast team network. This established company offers a stable, year-round opportunity for ambitious sales professionals.

The Role

• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• Present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
• Assess customer needs and build relationships to offer tailored recommendations.
• Introduce financing and promotional options to close deals.
• Work with warm leads generated from incoming service calls and inquiries; no cold calling required.

What You'll Need

• Prior sales experience is required; training provided for the right candidate.
• In-home sales or one-call-close experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to present product information effectively.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
