We are expanding and seeking to actively shape the development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit at our Vogtareuth location. The Role

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions autonomously.
• Treat patients with complex cases and comorbidities in a child and adolescent psychiatric setting.
• Actively contribute to the organization and structuring of internal ward processes.
• Participate in the ongoing development and optimization of treatment and therapy concepts.
• Support in the training and further education of medical and psychological staff in behavioral therapy.

What You'll Need

• Completed approbation or be in an advanced stage of therapy training with a focus on behavioral therapy (over 24 months).
• Interest and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team.
• Clinical experience in treating children and adolescents with various types of disorders.
• A committed, reflective, and responsible approach to daily therapeutic work.
