Kitchen Porter – BM Caterers
Location: London - Bishopsgate Salary: 30888 Contract: Full time

We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Working Hours: This role requires flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern covering 06:30-15:00, 07:00-15:30, 09:30-18:00, and 14:00-22:30. Candidates must be available to work all shifts as scheduled.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start or build a career in catering while working in a supportive and professional kitchen environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic
- Washing utensils, equipment and work areas thoroughly
- Supporting with basic food preparation where needed
- Helping with deliveries, storage and stock movement
- Following food safety, COSHH and health and safety procedures
- Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team during service
- Helping create a safe and efficient working environment
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Confidence following instructions carefully
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
