We are hiring for a nationally recognized leader in the distribution of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, known for its extensive employee development and robust operational infrastructure. The Role

• Execute full-cycle recruiting to staff all levels of a large-scale warehouse operation, from entry-level to specialized roles.
• Source high-quality active and passive candidates through various channels including job boards, advanced sourcing tools, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs, job responsibilities, and necessary qualifications to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with position requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sourcing organizations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment events and for initial training at various North American locations.
