Job Description

DEX Lead / Nexthink Platform Consultant

Remote with occasional travel

Initial 1 year contract, possible extension or conversion

Role summary

Own & deliver the Nexthink platform to improve Digital Employee Experience using telemetry, analysis, & operational workflows. Lead implementation, configuration, integrations, content management, & stakeholder enablement. Translate business outcomes into Nexthink dashboards, investigations, campaigns, & controlled remote actions that drive measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

Own day-to-day Nexthink Infinity &/or V6 platform administration & roadmap (tenant configuration, governance, & operational health).

Configure & manage Nexthink licensing & modules (e.g., Infinity core, Adopt, Amplify, AppEx, AI Drive, CollabEx, Campaigns, Experience Central, Flow, Spark,) aligned to scope & outcomes.

Plan & oversee deployment of Nexthink Collectors (and browser extensions where applicable) across endpoints & VDI; validate telemetry coverage & data quality.

Implement & maintain Nexthink integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Teams/Zoom connectors where in scope).

Build & maintain Nexthink dashboards, investigations, & reporting; create & maintain NQL queries to extract & model telemetry data.

Configure application/binary lists, SaaS application visibility, & software metering to support monitoring & analysis.

Configure Amplify workflows (e.g., checklists & mapped/allowed remote actions) for safe service desk execution.

Develop & maintain Nexthink Remote Actions (PowerShell/bash) & Workflows to support diagnostics & remediation aligned to organizational standards.

Manage platform lifecycle: product updates, collector update strategy, & importing/configuring Nexthink Library content packages.

Produce executive stakeholder-ready documentation (implementation decisions, runbooks, results reporting) & communicate progress/status.

Required skills

PowerShell, Bash, Json, Javascript coding proficiencies for building & maintaining Nexthink Remote Actions.

Hands-on Nexthink Infinity &/or V6 platform administration & delivery experience.

Strong proficiency with NQL, investigations, dashboards, & reporting.

Experience deploying & managing Nexthink Collectors (endpoint & VDI), including coverage validation & ongoing updates.

Experience with Nexthink integrations (ServiceNow & identity/collaboration connectors, as applicable).

Ability to analyze telemetry, summarize findings, & translate insights into prioritized recommendations & measurable outcomes.

Strong stakeholder communication & documentation skills in enterprise environments.

Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills for modeling, segmentation, & summarizing telemetry outputs (e.g., pivot tables & reporting).

Experience supporting persona-driven analysis & workshops using Nexthink findings.

Familiarity with large-scale enterprise EUC/VDI environments & service desk enablement.
