Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of an AI-powered TCoE enterprise application built on .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure, integrating with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. This hands-on technical leadership role includes approximately 20% involvement in code reviews, technical problem-solving, and complex delivery challenges.
Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Agile delivery, sprint planning, release schedules, and production readiness.
• Lead onshore/offshore engineering teams, hiring, onboarding, and technical development.
• Review pull requests and enforce architecture, coding, security, and quality standards.
• Deliver AI capabilities and ServiceNow/Azure DevOps integrations.
• Manage Azure deployments, CI/CD pipelines, automated regression testing, and incident response.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, technical debt, and stakeholder communications.
• Promote responsible adoption of AI coding assistants.

Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years leading development teams.
• Proven ownership of enterprise application releases and production delivery.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server or Oracle.
• Working experience with Angular 17+, TypeScript, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, CI/CD pipelines, and automated regression testing.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, messaging, code reviews, Agile/Scrum, release management, and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI services.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure API Management, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise SSO.
• Experience with Application Insights, production support, and incident management.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, and YAML.
• Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Utility or energy industry experience, including NERC CIP and SOX compliance.
• Advanced Azure, Agile, project management, or architecture certifications.

Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead Success Measures
Establish a structured sprint cadence and release roadmap within 90 days, ensure consistent code quality and dependency ownership, and deliver reliable production releases with operational ServiceNow and Azure DevOps integrations.
