Manual QA (Native language Required- Hebrew/Thai)

Job Summary:

Meta is seeking a Manual QA Engineer with Native Hebrew or Native Thai language proficiency to support the testing of new products and features. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual software testing, test planning, bug reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates with 3+ years of experience are welcome, as well as senior professionals who are comfortable with the offered rate.

Required Skills:

- Native Hebrew or Native Thai language proficiency (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of Manual QA / Software Testing experience
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test strategy, and test case development
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis, or similar bug-tracking tools
- Experience with debugging tools such as Android Studio, ADB, Visual Studio, GDB, or similar
- Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of issues
- Experience using command-line tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases for new features.
- Execute manual test cases and validate product functionality.
- Create and manage test runs while tracking testing progress.
- Identify, document, reproduce, and verify software and hardware defects.
- Review, triage, and de-duplicate bug reports.
- Perform bug fix verification and regression testing.
- Maintain and update existing test cases for improved test coverage.
- Investigate issues using debugging tools and log analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare clear test reports and communicate testing status.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Native Hebrew or Native Thai Speaker
- Willing to work 100% Onsite in Burlingame, CA or Redmond, WA
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with manual software testing and defect tracking
