Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

Overall Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total IT experience in software engineering and development.
Core Skill Alignment:

Java Development: 3+ years of experience with Core Java and enterprise frameworks.
Event Streaming: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
NoSQL Database: 2+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB.
Cloud & Orchestration: 3+ years of multi-cloud experience (with strong hands-on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes).

Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Java Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Design Patterns.
Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Disaster Recovery (DR) design.
Architectural documentation using UML or standard design tools.

Methodologies: Strong operational background in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
