Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Seattle territory. Create and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate healthcare providers about products and services. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Provide training and support to clients and staff regarding product usage and best practices. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market analysis. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and increase brand awareness.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in cardiology and arrhythmias.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Desired Experience
Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry. Pharma or B2B sales with a proven track record of success. Experience in managing a territory and achieving sales goals. Established network within the healthcare community in the Dallas area. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical field.
