The Role

• Develop innovative design solutions to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Manage and define system/product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and calculations.
• Provide technical oversight and support for design reviews, build activities, and defect resolution.
• Offer technical support for integration, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• Contribute to bid support, proposal development, and project planning by estimating scope and resources.

What You'll Need

• BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalent qualification, with Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or eligibility.
• Demonstrable experience across the full engineering lifecycle.
• In-depth understanding of AC and DC electrical power systems.
• Expertise in at least one of the following: Power system modelling, generators, switchgear, protection, or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of Power System Architecture, Power Generation and Distribution, Protection and Co-ordination, or Power Earth Fault Monitoring.
• Experience working to industry codes and standards within a relevant engineering role.
