HR Manager - Part Time
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000 FTE
Hours: Part Time (3 Days Per Week, Office Based, 9am-6pm)
I am partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation within the property sector, who are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead all aspects of HR and recruitment across the business. Supporting employees across multiple London offices, this standalone role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle while acting as the trusted HR advisor to managers and employees alike.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all day-to-day HR operations across the business, acting as the primary HR contact for managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance and probation processes.
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice.
- Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process, supporting the business in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Coordinate payroll-related HR administration, employee records, benefits and HR systems management.
- Support learning and development initiatives, employee wellbeing programmes and wider people-focused projects.
Who You Are:
- An experienced HR generalist with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence managing employee relations cases independently.
- Proven experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development and HR operations.
- Able to balance multiple priorities while working autonomously in a standalone HR role.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience), with property or professional services experience advantageous.
